Job summary

Curtiss-Wright Corporation seeks a highly experienced Global Operations Leader to oversee and optimize Defense Electronics operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality, planning, and NPI, across a global footprint. The role reports to the SVP/GM and drives strategic, risk-managed performance in a high-stakes environment.

This leadership position requires 15+ years in global operations within Aerospace & Defense, with ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle/Deltek).

Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience in global operations within aerospace/defense.
• Understanding of defense acquisition frameworks and export compliance (ITAR, EAR).
• Experience managing complex supply chains, regulated production, and large-scale transformation.
• Experience with ERP and integrated business systems (SAP, Oracle, Deltek Costpoint, Teamcenter).
• Familiarity with FAA, DoD, NASA or similar regulatory agency standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead global operations by building a high-performing, matrix-structured team.
• Direct production, logistics, and facilities to deliver on-time, on-budget defense systems.
• Drive strategies aligned with programs, requirements, and government contracts.
• Embed a culture of integrity, safety, compliance, and innovation.
• Oversee global supply chain activities including sourcing and logistics.
• Ensure quality/regulatory compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, ITAR/DFARS; lead continuous improvement.
