Parexel is hiring a Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II for a remote role in the Continental US. You will provide technical leadership across data management, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables and acting as the DM point of contact for assigned studies.

Responsibilities include managing go-live and database lock milestones, mentoring junior staff, and coordinating with cross-functional teams worldwide while upholding ICH-GCP standards and inspection readiness.

Qualifications

6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
Experience across startup, conduct, and closeout phases.
Experience authoring standard Data Management documents.
Hands-on experience with Medidata Rave.
Proven experience leading project and program teams.
Strong understanding of project tools, reports, and budgets.
Knowledge of CDISC, SDTM, and CDASH standards.
Familiarity with ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency with clinical trial systems (InForm, Rave, Veeva, DataLabs) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Data Management teams across time zones.
Oversee study data delivery timelines and milestones.
Collaborate with Clinical, Biostatistics, Programming, Medical, and study teams.
Identify risks, define mitigations, and drive issue resolution.
Prepare for audits and inspections; ensure inspection readiness.
Contribute to bids and sponsor presentations; represent DM function.
Ensure quality, training compliance, and organizational process improvements.
