Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Data Manager Lead / Data Manager II for a remote role based in the Continental US. The candidate will drive data management activities across studies, mentor teammates, and ensure delivery of high-quality data within timelines while coordinating with global teams.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical data management, strong ICH-GCP knowledge, and proficiency with major data management systems. Travel may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Experience with Medidata Rave and CDISC standards.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Experience authoring standard Data Management documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional data management activities and timelines.
• Collaborate with sponsors and global regions.
• Mentor junior Data Management staff.
