The role includes managing data delivery timelines, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across global regions. Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and SDTM/CDISC is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires 6+ years of hands-on Clinical Data Management experience.
• Experience across startup, conduct, and closeout phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and collaborate with global teams across time zones and cultures.
• Manage data delivery timelines (Go-Live, Interim Deliveries, Final DB Lock).
• Review SLAs, contracts, and sponsor metrics to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and logs for cross-functional meetings.
• Provide input for bid pursuits and sponsor presentations.
• Maintain inspection-ready Trial Master Files and support audits.
