TELUS Digital is seeking a Program/Operations Manager to own the end-to-end delivery of onsite and field data collection programs, overseeing financial performance, client engagement, and cross-functional execution from pre-sales through delivery.

This role is business-minded and delivery-focused, requiring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and strategic execution in a fast-moving environment with travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing global or large-scale onsite/field operations programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and driving high-stakes program delivery.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2, PMI, or similar methodologies.
• Strong financial ownership: forecasting, P&L, invoicing.
• Manages safety and compliance in high-risk environments.
• Translates complex requirements into scalable delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program performance, including financial health, delivery success, and client satisfaction.
• Serve as primary contact for operational and client challenges, leading client syncs and reviews.
• Drive reporting through weekly updates, dashboards, and reviews to leadership and clients.
• Lead project teams with people management responsibilities; address gaps via coaching.
• Collaborate with Legal and Liability to ensure compliance, safety, and insurance standards.
• Define hiring strategy and profiles for collectors (hybrid FT, PT, crowd-based staffing).
• Guide execution strategy across staffing, vendor engagement, equipment, and day-to-day operations.
• Lead PMs to ensure timelines, budgets, and milestones are met across facilities and field workstreams.
• Support facility sourcing, setup, and readiness for onsite data collection; manage logistics.
• Oversee procurement strategy for equipment and staffing; integrate third-party contributions.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks; prepare contingency plans to protect quality and yield.
