Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of onsite and in-the-wild data collection programs, overseeing financials, client engagement, and cross-functional execution from pre-sales through delivery. The role demands operational excellence and strong stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will work remotely from California with regular travel to program facilities and field data collection sites, bringing 3–5+ years of experience

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years managing global or large-scale onsite/field operations programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and client-facing program experience.
• Familiarity with PRINCE2 or PMI methodologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program performance including forecasting, P&L, invoicing, and client satisfaction.
• Lead regular client syncs and on-site or virtual business reviews.
• Drive reporting through weekly status updates and dashboards.
• Lead project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met across facility-based and field workstreams.
• Coordinate staffing, vendor engagement, and logistics for delivery across sites.
• Ensure compliance, safety, and insurance standards for data collection.
