Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Manager, Data & AI Strategy to lead end-to-end advisory engagements and drive AI strategy, governance, and data maturity initiatives for clients. This role may operate remotely or from major North American office locations, with focus on executive stakeholder alignment.

You will mentor junior team members, design workshops, and translate client needs into structured strategic artifacts, shaping roadmaps and governance frameworks for data-driven transformations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading client-facing data strategy and AI engagements.
• Strong understanding of data governance and AI/analytics concepts.
• Proven ability to mentor junior team members and drive executive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of client engagements, ensuring high-quality outcomes and building trust-based relationships with stakeholders
• Design and lead workshops on AI strategy and governance, crafting executive-level narratives and driving alignment on actionable outcomes
• Translate ambiguous client needs into structured problem statements and deliver comprehensive strategic artifacts, including maturity assessments and solution roadmaps
