Job summary

JLL is seeking a Data Center Divisional Product Lead to own the product lifecycle for data center services and to productize advisory offerings that scale globally. Remote work is available with Chicago, IL and New York, NY as core locations.

You will lead cross-functional teams across AMER, EMEA, and APAC, define roadmaps and KPIs, and build enablement tooling to drive profitability and margin growth across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in data center, digital infrastructure, or real estate services with focus on strategy, product management, or transformational change.
• Experience productizing or scaling professional services within a global real estate services or technology firm.
• Experience managing multi-regional/global programs across AMER, EMEA, and/or APAC.

Responsibilities

• Develop global data center service product offerings with market relevance, deliverability, and profitability.
• Lead cross-functional teams to co-develop new products with regional buy-in (AMER, EMEA, APAC).
• Define and manage products through the full Product Management lifecycle—from ideation and scoping through launch and optimization.
• Partner with Technology to develop tooling and platforms that underpin data center product delivery.
• Drive global adoption of data center service products and upsell pathways for clients.
