Qualifications

• Seasoned leader with 10+ years in facilities management or engineering in real estate, data center or critical environments preferred.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with executive decision makers.
• Experience directing large teams and budgets in a client-service, global setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a global data center client, managing relationships at executive levels.
• Understand client technology roadmaps, cloud strategies and infrastructure needs to position solutions.
• Maintain technical literacy to discuss power, cooling, compliance and sustainability in data centers.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with growth objectives and revenue targets.
• Navigate a matrixed environment to ensure local relevance while driving global performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction throughout projects.
• Influence resources and drive cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
• Build high-performing teams to exceed client SLAs and uptime commitments.
• Track industry developments to anticipate client needs and leverage SMEs.
