Job summary

Fresenius Kabi seeks a Marketing Content Strategy Manager for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies to lead global content strategy and scientific communications across campaigns, conferences, and customer communications. You will translate complex scientific and workflow information into credible messaging that supports product adoption and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications within life sciences or biopharmaceuticals.
• Ability to translate complex scientific, technical, product and workflow information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications and sales enablement materials.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, advanced therapies, or related markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT business priorities, upstream marketing strategy, portfolio positioning and customer needs.
• Translate complex scientific information into clear, credible content for diverse audiences across multiple formats.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal teams and external partners, balancing scientific accuracy with commercial objectives.
• Establish global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities and approval workflows.
• Lead cross-functional content review and approval with Regulatory, Legal, Quality and Corporate Communications teams.
