The ideal candidate will establish compensation philosophy and governance, drive executive compensation programs, and lead a team of compensation professionals. A strong analytical acumen and experience in complex organizations are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
• Direct experience with executive compensation design and governance.
• Experience building compensation infrastructure in complex organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Servco’s enterprise compensation philosophy and governance framework.
• Manage all executive compensation, aligning with board expectations.
• Build and develop a team of compensation professionals.
