Job summary

Inizio is seeking a Director of Global Compensation to lead strategy, design, and governance of compensation across the organisation. The role focuses on scalable pay structures, executive compensation, and embedding pay practices through systems and governance.

You will drive benchmarking, market insights, and job architecture, while partnering with HRLT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver a cohesive Total Rewards approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global compensation strategy, design and governance.
• Experience benchmarking, pay structures, and job architecture.
• Familiarity with executive compensation and regulatory Pay Transparency.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the global compensation strategy and pay philosophy.
• Support the design and governance of executive compensation frameworks (salary, bonus, equity).
• Lead benchmarking and market insight to inform pay decisions and structure design.
• Lead development and governance of global job architecture and salary ranges.
• Oversee Workday advanced compensation modules and related tools for optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including EU Pay Transparency and pay equity reporting.
