Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience leading global compensation planning processes.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, design, governance, and administration.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global compensation strategy aligned with objectives.
• Lead design and administration of executive, incentive, broad-based, and sales programs.
• Oversee annual merit, bonus, and equity cycles.
• Provide strategic guidance to executives and HR partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Payroll, and HR Ops on decisions.
• Modernize job architecture to support career progression.
