Job summary

Liquidity Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Total Rewards team and lead our global job architecture, market benchmarking, and salary structures.

You will own job families, sub-families, career levels, job profiles, and related HRIS configurations, using market data and analytics to benchmark and level new and open roles. You will manage the annual merit and bonus processes end to end, collaborate with HRIS on systems, and support executives with compensation

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of broad-based compensation experience.
• At least three years focused on job architecture, market pricing, and benchmarking.
• Experience maintaining and improving job architecture, including job families and salary structures.
• Experience with major compensation survey providers (Radford, McLagan, Willis Towers Watson, Mercer).
• Experience supporting compensation programs in a multinational organization (US, India, UK preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead Job Architecture & Market Benchmarking initiatives across functions.
• Market price and level new, open, and changing roles across corporate, information technology, sales, and warehouse operations.
• Manage annual compensation survey participation, data validation, survey submissions, and maintenance of market benchmarks.
• Lead the annual merit and bonus processes from end to end, including planning and reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Talent Acquisition, HRIS, managers, and business leaders to address compensation needs.
