Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Channel Sales to lead a global channel organization and shape next‑generation strategies. You will partner with regional leaders, product, and sales to drive net-new and existing partner opportunities while aligning programs with revenue and margin goals.

You will manage a world-class team across regions and implement scalable channel programs, KPIs, and enablement.

Qualifications

7+ years of leadership in channel and partner sales, with the most recent 4 years in a global sales leadership role.
Experience developing global channel sales programs within security, SaaS, PaaS or IaaS.
Strong experience in developing channel sales strategies that drive growth, ARR and revenue.
Hands-on enabling partners and managing deals across regions.

Responsibilities

Lead a global team of channel sales and programs professionals across North America, LTAM, EMEA, India, and Asia Pacific/Japan.
Evaluate and execute next-generation channel strategy and global program framework.
Refine channel program to align with growth plans.
Develop new strategic partnerships and scale existing opportunities.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive transformational initiatives.
Partner with regional sales teams to meet quarterly and annual targets.
Work with Engineering, Product Management, Product Marketing and Customer Success to create channel-friendly solutions.
Develop KPIs and OKRs to measure channel program value and execution.
