• 8+ years of experience in content marketing or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear content.
• Experience creating content for omnichannel campaigns and conferences.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or biopharma markets preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities.
• Translate complex scientific information into audience-appropriate content across materials.
• Provide strategic direction to internal and external partners and integrate scientific and commercial objectives.
• Establish global content plans, calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows.
• Set content quality standards and ensure accuracy, relevance, and brand alignment.
• Lead cross-functional content initiatives across regions and channels.
