Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for CGT. You will own global content strategy, translate complex CGT science into clear messaging, and drive campaigns, thought leadership, and customer communications worldwide.

Reporting to the Director, Global CGT Marketing & Strategy, you will collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, Legal and Quality to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliant content across regions, while guiding

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in content marketing, scientific communications or related roles.
• Translate complex scientific/technical information into clear content for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.
• Knowledge of CGT, biopharma, or related markets preferred.
• Coordinate content reviews with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%, including international.

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities, campaigns, and launches.
• Define sales-enablement materials and customer-facing tools to support adoption objectives.
• Lead content reviews with Regulatory, Legal, Quality and other stakeholders.
• Incorporate market insights and VOC into portfolio messaging and campaigns.
• Manage complex cross-functional content initiatives across regions and channels.
