Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for CGT to lead the development and execution of global content strategies. You will translate complex CGT technics and workflows into clear messaging across campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement, collaborating with Product Management, Commercial, R&D, and Regulatory teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, downstream marketing, or related commercial communications within life sciences or biopharma industries.
• Proven ability to translate complex scientific, technical, and product information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, sales enablement materials, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, or related markets preferred.

• Develop and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT business priorities and portfolio positioning.
• Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, credible content across presentations, brochures, case studies, thought-leadership materials, conference assets, and training materials.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal experts, agency partners, and external collaborators, ensuring consistent, compliant communications.
• Establish global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows tied to launches, campaigns, and conferences.
• Set content quality standards and oversee materials for scientific accuracy, market relevance, accessibility, and brand alignment.
• Lead content strategy for global and regional campaigns, conferences, product initiatives, and customer engagement programs.
• Guide development of sales enablement tools and customer-facing materials to support product understanding and adoption objectives.
• Lead cross-functional content reviews with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications to ensure timely decisions and compliance.
