Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for CGT to lead global content plans, messaging, and campaigns across regions. You will translate complex CGT science into clear, credible communications to support adoption and growth.

You will partner with Product Management, Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure compliant, differentiated content that resonates with priority audiences and drives commercialization.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or scientific communications.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and sales enablement.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or biotechnology markets is preferred.
• Experience coordinating content reviews with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (internationally as required).

• Lead global content strategy and development for CGT campaigns, conferences, and customer communications across regions.
• Define sales-enablement frameworks and create presentations, case studies, and tools.
• Own messaging for priority industry events and post-event communications.
• Establish content plans, editorial calendars, and approval workflows to support launches and campaigns.
