Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for CGT. You will own global content strategies, translate complex science into clear messaging, and guide internal and external teams to align with commercialization goals.

The role leads campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement while ensuring compliant, differentiated communications across regions. Remote-friendly within the United States, with a 10% bonus target.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, downstream marketing, or related commercial communications.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT business priorities and campaigns.
• Translate complex scientific and product information into clear, audience-appropriate content across materials and channels.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal teams and external partners, integrating scientific expertise with commercial objectives.
• Establish global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows.
• Set content quality standards and ensure accuracy, depth, accessibility, brand alignment, and consistency.
