Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for CGT to lead global content strategy and scientific communications across the CGT portfolio. You will translate complex biology and workflows into credible messaging for priority customer audiences and support commercialization.

Competenze

• Translate complex scientific, technical, product, and workflow information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, sales-enablement materials, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, advanced therapies, or related markets preferred.
• Experience coordinating content review with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including internationally as required.

Mansioni

• Own and execute global CGT content strategies aligned with business priorities, upstream marketing strategy, portfolio positioning, value propositions, and customer needs.
• Translate complex scientific, technical, workflow, and product information into clear, accurate, audience-appropriate content across presentations, brochures, case studies, thought-leadership materials, conference assets, training materials, and other communications.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal SMEs, agency partners, and external collaborators, aligning scientific expertise with commercial objectives.
• Establish global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows to support launches and campaigns.
• Set content quality standards and direct review to ensure scientific accuracy, market relevance, and brand consistency.
