Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy, CGT, to own global content strategies and translate complex CGT science into clear, credible messaging for priority audiences. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, align with product management, field teams, and legal/compliance, and drive campaigns and thought leadership globally.

The role may be remote within the United States and offers a base salary with a target bonus.

Qualifications

• Translate complex scientific, technical, product, and workflow information into clear, credible content.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, or related markets preferred.
• Experience coordinating content review with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Own global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Translate complex science into audience-appropriate content across materials and channels.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal and external partners and ensure brand-consistent messaging.
• Establish content plans, calendars, and approval workflows across regions.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple technologies, regions, and customer segments.
