Zusammenfassung

Converge invites a seasoned carrier partnerships manager to join the US team and drive onboarding, engagement, and platform adoption with carrier partners.

You will coordinate cross-functional onboarding across underwriting, actuarial, distribution and operations, while collaborating to address needs, prioritize issues, and support platform releases. Data and analytics support for carrier performance is also a focus.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in insurance with experience in underwriting, distribution, broker relations, or program operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Australian insurance market knowledge preferred.

• Own strategic carrier-partner relationships to ensure onboarding, engagement, and platform adoption.
• Serve as primary contact between Converge and carrier stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding and training for carrier-partner teams across underwriting, actuarial, distribution, and operations.
• Partner cross-functionally to address needs, prioritize issues, and support platform releases.
• Support data, reporting, and analytics for carrier performance and capacity planning.
