Bradken seeks a high-energy Business Development Specialist to drive growth for our Mineral Processing team from a fully remote base. You will spearhead opportunities for Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, and Wear Piping with international markets across the region.

You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development to craft winning technical solutions, build a strong pipeline, and communicate Bradken's century of engineering excellence to customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Experience in technical sales within the mining sector.
• Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, or Wear Piping solutions.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for growth through market research and competitive analysis.
• Build the future pipeline by prospecting leads and nurturing relationships.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development to craft proposals.
• Execute market entry plans to accelerate Bradken's growth in new segments.
• Create high‑impact sales materials highlighting Bradken's 100‑year value.
• Champion Safety First culture in all proposals and interactions.
