Bradken, a global mining solutions leader, is seeking a high-energy Business Development Specialist for its Mineral Processing team. In a fully remote role, you will spearhead growth across regional mining clients, engaging with international markets and cross-functional teams to identify and win new opportunities.
You will work with Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, and Wear Piping segments, crafting technically sound proposals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Experience in technical sales within the mining sector.
- Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, or Wear Piping solutions.
- Proficiency with Salesforce (CRM) and data-driven decision making (preferred).
- Thrives in international collaboration with a One Team culture.
- Self-starter with proactive drive to deliver results.
Responsibilities
- Hunt for growth by researching markets and identifying opportunities in mineral processing.
- Build the future pipeline by nurturing leads and long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development for winning proposals.
- Execute market entry plans to accelerate Bradken’s growth in emerging segments.
- Create high-impact sales materials highlighting Bradken’s value proposition.
- Champion Safety First culture across proposals and interactions.
