Bradken seeks a high-energy Business Development Specialist to drive growth in mineral processing across regional mining clients. This fully remote role partners with international teams to identify opportunities for Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, and Wear Piping solutions.

You will lead market research, build a robust pipeline, and craft winning technical proposals while collaborating with regional sales and product teams. Global travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Business Administration degree required.
• Technical sales experience in the mining sector.
• Knowledge of Fixed Plant, Mill Liners, or Wear Piping solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and data-driven decision making preferred.
• Global collaboration mindset and strong team player.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for growth through market research and competitive analysis.
• Build the future pipeline with new leads and nurture long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers and Product Development to craft solutions.
• Execute market entry plans to accelerate growth in new segments.
• Create high-impact sales materials communicating Bradken's value proposition.
• Champion safety and quality in every proposal and interaction.
