In this pivotal role, you will combine high‑level commercial strategy, people leadership, and deep customer engagement to sustainably grow business profitability in a competitive mining landscape. This unique opportunity lets you lead a multidisciplinary sales team at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and global operations, directly driving market share and performance.
As Area Manager, you will lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing regional Mining Sales team (including Regional Sales and Account Managers). Your mission is to analyze market and competitor dynamics, optimize sales processes, and execute robust value propositions that drive regional growth.
Product Scope: Focus on Mining Mobile Equipment portfolios, specifically Ground Engaging Tools (GET), Crawler Systems, and associated heavy machinery solutions.
We are looking for a commercially driven sales leader with a passion for building lasting partnerships in the heavy industry sector. We value deep mining industry experience and sharp commercial acumen above all else, combined with a strategic, sales‑hunter mindset.
Location: Position based in the Southwest, ideally operating out of Phoenix or Mesa office while supporting local mining clients and collaborating on accounts nationwide.
Due to regular field and mine site visits, role requires physical ability to safely navigate operational mining environments and successfully complete standard pre‑employment medical screenings.
