Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to manage accounts receivable across global entities, ensuring timely cash applications and accuracy. The role includes Concur expense review, month-end close support, and process improvements to streamline AR workflows.

You will work with Salesforce, NetSuite, and multiple currencies, collaborating across Finance to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity or multinational environment preferred.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• General understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research unapplied cash and discrepancies; resolve with stakeholders.
• Review Concur expense reports for proper coding and approvals; enforce policies.
• Support month-end close activities and reconciliations for cash and AR; assist with journal entries.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate AR and related processes.
