Job summary

Apryse is seeking a Global Accounting Operations Specialist to support accounts receivable across global entities, ensuring timely cash applications and accurate posting in multiple currencies and bank accounts.

The role also covers Concur expense reviews, close activities, and ongoing process improvements. Remote work is available within the United States, with the potential for travel to hub locations and involvement in system implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of accounts receivable, cash application, accounting, billing, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and apply customer payments across global entities, currencies, and bank accounts.
• Match remittances to open invoices and ensure accurate recording of payments.
• Research unapplied, short-paid, overpaid, and misapplied cash and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with AR, Treasury, Accounting, and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist with cash and accounts receivable reconciliations and month-end close tasks.
• Identify opportunities to automate cash-application and AR processes.
