Job summary

Holafly is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive global expansion by building a high-performing partner network across Spanish and LATAM markets. You will own the affiliate strategy and optimize performance while ensuring brand compliance in a remote-first, international environment.

This role requires 5+ years in affiliate marketing or partnerships, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong analytical and negotiation skills as you shape regional activations and incentives for

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Affiliate Marketing, influencer relations, or strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated track record of building and nurturing strategic, revenue-driving partnerships across global markets especially in Spanish and LATAM.
• Language: Native or professional fluency (C1) in Spanish to lead negotiations in key global markets and professional fluency (C1) in English for internal communication.
• Technical: Proficiency with the Impact platform and SEO tools (Ahrefs).
• Data Analysis: Strong ability to extract insights using Excel and Google Analytics to drive partnership growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and actively recruit new affiliate partners and revenue drivers. Own a curated portfolio of affiliate partners, building individual account plans and executing quarterly growth roadmaps for them.
• Build and maintain high-value relationships with top affiliate partners through structured touchpoints (QBRs, MBRs, planning & feedback sessions), acting as a strategic growth partner.
• Proactively monitor and optimize affiliate partner performance against key metrics (Revenue, ROAS and AOV), identifying growth opportunities and flagging risk signals such as declining output, fraud or partner inactivity.
• Develop and execute revenue acceleration plays including seasonal activations, exclusive deals, volume-based commission structures and cross-sell opportunities across geographies.
• Ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.
• Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to grow Holafly's market presence through high-quality affiliate partnerships.
