Job summary

Gilytics seeks a Solution Engineer to bridge engineering and GIS data teams with customer-facing functions. You will craft compelling demos and provide trusted technical guidance from pre-sales PoCs to onboarding and live support.

Expect to become an expert in Pathfinder, prepare technical demonstrations, and contribute to documentation and tender responses while leveraging AI tools for efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years applying GIS to land, environmental, or infrastructure management
• 2+ years in a customer-facing role; strong English communication

Responsibilities

• Become a deep expert in the Pathfinder solution and its applications
• Communicate capabilities clearly in user contexts
• Prepare and run demo projects showcasing Pathfinder workflows
• Prepare technical docs and content for sales/marketing
• Provide technical support including live customer assistance
• Manage and triage customer requests to shape the product roadmap
• Design and deliver onboarding and training activities
• Test the solution ahead of releases and deployments
