Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science or business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in medical devices.
• Proven success in managing a sales territory and selling to all levels of an organization.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote PENTAX Medical products within the GI territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and private practices focusing on ENT/GI.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses, and administrators.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical evaluations to showcase features and value.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
• Maintain in-depth understanding of the ENT product portfolio and competitive landscape.
• Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.
• Attend conferences and trade shows to expand knowledge and network with professionals.
• Manage expenses and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain CRM records of activities and market data.
• Provide on-site clinical support during procedures and resolutions for customer inquiries.
