Merck is seeking a Growth-and-Improvement minded Regional Medical Scientific Director (MSL) in GI/IBD to engage in bidirectional scientific exchange with national and regional scientific leaders. The role aligns with GMSA strategy and SOPs, supporting trials and investigator-sponsored research while advancing medical affairs goals.

The position requires PhD/PharmD/DNP/DO/MD credentials, 3+ years in Immunology/IBD, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

PhD/PharmD/DNP/DO/MD with immunology/IBD focus.
3+ years of relevant Immunology/IBD experience beyond the terminal degree.
Strong verbal and written communications.
Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with external stakeholders.
Familiarity with FDA, HIPAA, OIG and other pharma regulations.

Responsabilidades

Scientific Exchange: develop relationships with national and regional GI/IBD SLs and provide company-approved medical information.
Research: initiate discussions with SLs or investigators to align with research strategies and AOI.
Scientific Congress Support: engage in scientific meetings and data exchange.
Scientific Insights: gather feedback and data to inform medical needs and priorities.
Inclusive Mindset: promote inclusion and model an environment of belonging and high integrity.
