• Share relevant information about amenities, pricing, and vacation inclusions.
• Guide clients through available choices and reservation requirements.
• Arrange selected travel services through approved supplier booking systems.
• Check reservation details and traveler information for accuracy.
• Maintain organized booking confirmations, client records, and itinerary documents.
• Keep track of payment schedules, deposits, and reservation deadlines.
• Address general client questions and provide timely booking updates.
• Assist with routine adjustments and final vacation preparations.
