The Getaway Booking Advisor will help travelers discover vacation opportunities, review packages, and complete reservations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to vacation inquiries and identify individual client needs.
• Gather information about preferred destinations, travel dates, and budgets.
• Explore available hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, and excursions.
• Evaluate vacation packages and recommend appropriate selections.
• Explain accommodation features, package inclusions, and booking conditions.
• Coordinate requested arrangements through authorized supplier systems.
• Review traveler details and reservation information for accuracy.
• Maintain organized booking records, confirmations, and client documentation.
• Track deposits, final payments, and important reservation deadlines.
• Communicate booking updates and respond to general client questions.
• Assist with routine reservation changes and pre-departure information.
• Keep current with destination updates and supplier offerings.
