Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide remote practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) to provide telepsychology for older adults. We offer flexible part-time or full-time schedules, with 1099 or W2 arrangements, and no marketing or patient chasing.

Clinicians will be supported by a dedicated clinical lead and admin team, with a strong emphasis on quality care and work-life balance. Start at 15–25 hours per week and grow your caseload across all 50 states.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Maryland.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
