Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide virtual practice redefining mental healthcare for older adults. We provide wraparound support, handle admin tasks, and connect you with a clinical community, all from home.

We offer part-time or full-time roles for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there, with a dedicated clinical lead, no marketing, and paid CEUs.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in psychology from an APA program.
• Active, independent psychology license.
• Experience with older adults preferred.
• Familiar with telehealth platforms.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative care team.
• Maintain documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
