Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to provide remote therapy to older adults. You’ll have a dedicated clinical lead, admin support, and a team behind you, with no marketing or referrals required.

Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) and grow your caseload at your own pace. We offer 7 days a week availability, flexible schedules, AI-assisted documentation, and CEUs, with full-time and part-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms and EHRs.
• Ability to work autonomously within a supportive team.
• Strong clinical communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Maintain documentation using EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in paid case consultations.
