Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to provide remote psychotherapy to older adults. You can start part-time or full-time on a fee-for-service basis, with 7 days a week availability and a schedule you set.

We handle admin tasks and scheduling, offering support from clinical leads, real-time care teams, and a strong referral pipeline across all states. Competitive per-session pay and benefits for W2 clinicians are included.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Nebraska.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
