Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed clinical psychologists (PhD / PsyD) to provide virtual therapy for older adults. You’ll be part of a nationwide remote practice with supportive clinical leadership and streamlined admin support.

Start with 15–25 hours per week on a flexible schedule. We offer 1099 per-session pay or W2 options for 25+ hours/week, plus benefits for W2 clinicians, including health/dental/vision and a 401(k) with employer matching.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently while collaborating with a care team.
• Manage documentation using an EMR and AI tools.
• Participate in regular case consultations (paid).
