Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. seeks licensed clinical psychologists (PhD/PsyD) for fully remote, fee-for-service roles. Start at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2) with part-time and full-time options. No on-call or evenings; choose your schedule across 7 days.

Join a supported telehealth team that provides care navigation, admin support, and AI documentation tools while you deliver psychotherapy to older adults from home.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in North Carolina.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
