Sailor Health offers a nationwide virtual practice focused on mental healthcare for older adults, with full remote work and a supportive clinical community. Clinicians are provided with a filled caseload, administrative support, and access to AI-assisted documentation, enabling focus on patient care.

Licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) partake in part-time or full-time roles on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours/week (1099) or 25 hours/week (W2), with ongoing growth and dedicated

Formación

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Massachusetts.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — Sailor Health handles it either way.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
