Job summary

Nivoda is expanding its Sales team and is looking for dynamic individuals to convert booked demos into paying customers on our global B2B diamond and gemstone marketplace. You will lead live marketplace demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close contracts while guiding customers through KYC and onboarding to ensure a smooth start.

In the first 90 days you will own the account as it begins its journey—driving initial searches, first orders, and early reorders.

Responsibilities

• Take a booked demo and turn it into a live, transacting Nivoda customer.
• Lead a compelling marketplace demo, navigate commercial negotiation, and close the contract.
• Shepherd the customer through KYC/onboarding compliance.
• Own the account through its first 90 days—first search, first order, first reorder.
