Job summary

Nivoda is seeking a results-driven sales professional to convert booked demos into live, transacting marketplace customers. You will navigate commercial negotiation, close contracts, manage KYC/onboarding, and own the account through its first 90 days to drive activation.

You will thrive in a fast, globally distributed team, understanding two-sided marketplaces, liquidity, and the jewellery trade. English and German proficiency is required, with remote work across Europe.

Qualifications

3-6 years closing experience in a marketplace or jewellery/diamond industry with commercial exposure.
Proven ability to run discovery-led demos and map buyer workflows to platform capabilities.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics, liquidity, and two-sided networks.

Responsibilities

Run discovery-led demos that map the marketplace to the retailer's buying workflow.
Manage the deal: proposals, terms, objections, multi-stakeholder buy-in, close.
Drive KYC and onboarding to completion without losing momentum.
Own days 0-90: drive activation, searches, quotes, and first orders.
Coordinate with SDRs on handoff quality and with AMs on a clean day-90 transition.
Forecast accurately and maintain honest pipeline stages.
