Job summary

Nivoda is a rapidly growing, global B2B diamond marketplace. This sales role turns booked demos into live customers, guiding them through KYC/onboarding and owning the account through the first 90 days to drive activation and repeat orders.

You will close deals with multi-stakeholder buy-in, manage terms, and forecast pipeline while leveraging marketplace knowledge and industry insight. English and German are required; remote in Europe is supported.

Qualifications

3-6 years closing experience in a marketplace or jewellery/diamond industry.
Understanding marketplace dynamics and liquidity.
Strong demo craft focused on outcomes.
Experience with KYC and onboarding processes.
Proven in structured negotiation and pricing.

Responsibilities

Run discovery-led demos mapping Nivoda's marketplace to the retailer's actual buying workflow.
Manage the deal: proposals, commercial terms, objection handling, multi-stakeholder buy-in, close.
Drive KYC and compliance to completion; chase documents.
Own days 0-90: activation, first searches, first orders, first reorders.
Coordinate with SDRs for handoffs; with AMs for clean day-90 transition and account context.
Forecast accurately and keep pipeline stages honest.
