Qualifications

• Fluent or near-native German is required; able to switch between English and German communications.
• Experience in account support or client communications is preferred.
• Able to understand nuance, tone and cultural context in German client work.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and client teams with delegated tasks, priorities and workflows using AI tools.
• Turn client requests into clear tasks, updates and handovers for the right people.
• Keep work visible with deadlines, decisions and follow-ups for reliable delivery.
• Communicate promptly with managers, collaborators and clients, especially when timelines are tight.
• Move between English internal context and German client outputs with natural tone.
• Own repeatable account workflows and improve them using AI and better workflows.
• Coordinate stakeholders when feedback or assets are missing, ensuring clear context.
• Review AI outputs critically before handover and improve briefing quality.
• Encode effective methods into reusable skills for the team to adopt.
