Job summary

Storm Ideas Ltd is seeking an AI First Account Manager to own client relationships and oversee complex social media operations for US brands. You will translate client priorities into practical briefs and guide Storm specialists to deliver integrated social planning, publishing, community management, and reporting.

You will work within a fully remote setup on Pacific Time hours (9:00am–5:30pm PT), bringing a strong client-management background, a systems mindset, and hands-on AI tooling to

Qualifications

• Evidence of owning client relationships and managing complex delivery conversations.
• Strong systems mindset with documented process improvements.
• Excellent written and spoken English for remote teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain client confidence with AI-enabled workflows.
• Translate client goals into practical briefs detailing objectives, inputs and success criteria.
• Coordinate schedules, approvals, and handoffs across client teams and Storm specialists.
• Develop and test improved workflows with the team and document rules and exceptions.
• Review outputs for quality and alignment with client objectives and brand.
