Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; target-driven.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and negotiate with existing customers for renewals.
• Prepare quotes, review due dates, and manage maintenance contracts renewals.
• Drive renewals revenue through direct contact and with partner support as needed.
• Negotiate pricing and identify upsell opportunities during renewals.
• Collaborate with product and field sales to improve retention.
