Job summary

5CA is a remote-first CX company delivering support to gamers worldwide. We seek a Gaming Support Agent fluent in German and English, with deep gaming knowledge, to resolve account, technical, and gameplay issues. You’ll work under a Team Lead and Operations Manager, while completing ongoing training to sharpen your skills.

The role is fully remote with a diverse, international team across 80+ countries. A passion for games and strong problem-solving are key assets for success.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency at high level (C1).
• English language proficiency at intermediate to mid-high level (B2).
• In-depth knowledge of video games and gaming culture.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive learner with initiative and quick adaption to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support issues for a game studio.
• Assist players with account, technical, purchase and gameplay queries.
• Collaborate with Team Lead and Operations Manager.
• Complete assisted training modules to grow skills.
• Stay updated on client projects, updates and branding.
