Next Job Abroad is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Greece. You will assist German-speaking clients via chat, email, and phone, delivering exceptional service and guiding customers through our services.

Ideal candidates have German fluency, strong English, experience in customer service, familiarity with CRM systems, and a willingness to relocate and engage with Greek culture. This is a fully remote role within Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and good command of English.
• Prior experience in customer service or similar is advantageous.
